From the streets and the shelters into loving forever homes
Who we are
Since 2015, Dirty Little Paws has been rescuing cats who have fallen on hard times. Maybe it’s a tiny feral kitten who’s lost its mother and needs bottle feeding to survive, or a senior left in limbo because her lifelong guardian is going into assisted living or has died. Maybe it’s a stray who’s been abandoned and is living on the streets, cold, injured or ill, or a cat who has been living in a hoarding situation. No matter the circumstances, we’re here to help ensure that all cats have a second (or third) chance at a happy, healthy life.
Dirty Little Paws is entirely foster based, which means that our adoptable cats have been living in homes, not cages in shelters. Not only are most well socialized, but we know a fair bit about their personalities and preferences as a result. That way, we’re able to match adopters to the cats who will best fit their requirements.
